Awaken your taste buds : At 7pm in the cellar, tickle your palate with our guided wine tasting driven by Bollinger Champagne, and Romain Iltis, Head Sommelier at Villa René Lalique. Discover and get initiated to the fairytale jewellery world from Lalique.
Experience flavour explosion: At 8pm in the restaurant, immerse yourself into Chefs Jean-Georges Klein and Paul Stradner’s creative cuisine, full of flavours and textures, with our Signature Menu and enjoy the perfect match between the dishes and the Champagnes selected by our Sommelier Romain Iltis in association with Bollinger.
