Dating back to the 1920s, Lalique has a long heritage of crafting exceptional decanters. We are proud to continue this tradition with our prestigious partner The Macallan, with whom Lalique has been in partnership for 20 years. Crafted in Lalique crystal, Tales of The Macallan Volume II, the second edition in a remarkable series of rare single malt Scotch whiskies, tells the story of The Macallan pioneers and their whisky-making legacy.
This exemplary 1949 vintage whisky is encased in a bespoke limited-edition decanter, depicting The Macallan found Alexander Reid’s journey from teacher to farmer and distiller. The decanter in turn is secreted within an impressive 852-page tome, with chapters beautifully illustrated by Andrew Davidson.
