René Lalique practiced the “lost wax” technique until 1930. Those pieces made in “cire-perdue” are highly sought after by collectors. In 2009, LALIQUE revived this exceptional know how by issuing an emblematic piece in “cire perdue” to commemorate the 150th anniversary of René Lalique’s birth: Yves Klein’s “Victoire de Samothrace”, a limited edition of 83 pieces. LALIQUE continues to collaborate with the most talented and renown artists of the contemporary scene.
